I purchased this new and have opened the box. I didn't handle it much after opening, so it's in great condition and I think it can be used as if it were new. I don't feel any wear and tear on the controller, but I have touched it once, so please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular about condition. All accessories are included, and there are no creases or stains on the instruction manual. I had no intention of selling this at all, but due to unexpected expenses, I am reluctantly putting it up for sale.
