I'm selling this item because I bought it secondhand but haven't had a chance to use it. It features traditional Sagara embroidery with a beautiful, exotic arabesque-like pattern. The embroidery is very lovely. There is embroidery on both the front and back of the obi (sash). It's a navy blue shioze (silk crepe). There are no signs of wear from tying, so I believe it's unused, but there are some age-related stains. I think someone accustomed to secondhand items could use it as is. Please check the close-up and distant images provided. The larger, red-dot-like stain is located inside the otaiko (the folded part of the obi) (image 7). I've priced it affordably considering these factors. Obi width: 30.5 cm Length: 361 cm (measured by hand) Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor imperfections.
