This is a white Ralph Lauren sweater. It has buttons at the neck, making it easy to put on. The size is listed as 18m, but it still fits my 3-year-old daughter who is 90cm tall and weighs 13kg, haha! I have two of the exact same sweater, one I bought myself and one my mother bought for me. This one has only been worn twice after the tag was removed, and it has been home-cleaned.
