This is a 501S Skinny/Rigid/Selvage/Red Ear model. It was released as a one-off in around 2017. While the stretch type was widely available, this rigid/selvage version wasn't produced in large quantities and sold out quickly. It was difficult to obtain, as it sold out immediately at Levi's stores. Especially the 28-inch size was in short supply. The length was mostly 30 inches, as it was fashionable at the time to wear the hem around the ankle, so 32 inches is quite rare. It's a rugged 100% cotton denim. It will likely shrink a little more if you use a dryer.
