This is a Heisei-retro Hello Kitty Jinbei (a type of Japanese summer wear). Size 120cm. It's a cute gal-yukata style with a skirt and frills. The obi (sash) is not included. Kitty-chan's ribbon also has cherry blossoms, which is adorable. If you look closely, there's a hidden cherry-blossom Kitty, like a hidden Mickey.
