This is a picture book that even adults can enjoy, including anecdotes used by former Prime Minister Koizumi in his policy speech. There are no stamps or writing inside. It has never been touched by children, and there is no smoking. There is some yellowing on the edge of the cover (see photo 1). It clearly summarizes the story of the Mikuniyama domain, a small domain in Echigo, known for the story of "One Hundred Bags of Rice." The surface has been wiped with alcohol. No pets are kept.
