Depicts the building of Hotel Nacional Rio in Rio de Janeiro and a hang glider flying overhead. 2. Commemorative stamp sheet issued by the Brazilian Post Office (150th Anniversary of the First Braille Publication). The intent, written in Portuguese, is that the world participates in evolution by touching the raised bumps on the paper. Brazil was the first country in the world to issue stamps with Braille. 3. Commemorative sheet from the 3rd Stamp Exhibition held in Brazil in 1978. Depicts the ECT headquarters in Brasilia. 4. Two unused postage due stamps for international mail from Brazil.
