I bought these from Workman last year for motorcycle training. * The training requirements were that the boots had to cover the ankles and have soles separated at the heel and toe. The boots have a steel toe, so they can be used as safety shoes. Other features include being made entirely of rubber, making them waterproof and slip-resistant. I think they're perfect for wearing on rainy days. They are size 3L, but they felt a bit small for my feet, which usually wear around a 29cm Nike size. I think they're probably a 28cm size.
