When putting a baby in a stroller, the hem is folded up to accommodate their feet, keeping the baby's feet warm. I haven't used it much, so it's in good condition, but as shown in the second photo, one of the fasteners has come off, so I've marked it as having no noticeable scratches or stains. Also, there's a pocket in the front so parents can put their hands in when using a baby carrier. It's cute when worn over the head. I will fold and compress it for shipping, so please consider this when purchasing.
