I purchased a vest and this item came with it, but I haven't used it and have stored it for a long time. As far as I can see, there are no noticeable scratches, but since it has been stored for a long time, there may be some scratches that are difficult to see. The part that holds the item is made of aluminum-like material, not resin. Although it is unused, it has been in someone's possession, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive or seeking perfection.
