I purchased this on Mercari, so the year of use and frequency are unknown. I haven't used it since I bought it. The reel action is smooth, and the clutch clicks crisply, but the handle cap is missing. There was some blue rust and noticeable dust, so I washed it with water and then oiled the spool and mechanical parts. The box smelled strongly of cigarettes, so I discarded it.
