I bought this a few years ago for a wedding and wore it a few times. I think I bought it for around 15,000 yen. It's cute when paired with a bolero or stole. It hits just at the knee on someone around 160cm tall. It has been dry cleaned after use. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it has been stored at home.
