This is an Angel bib. The front is a two-layer construction of mesh and polyester, and the back is nylon, designed to be waterproof. A string is attached to the back of the bib to prevent it from flipping up and covering the face. You can cut it off if you don't need it. It has been pre-washed, so it's considered to be in near-new condition. I don't see any damage or stains, but please forgive any oversights. #Tokyo Angel #Made in Japan
