New with tags, but with a defect. I purchased this at a physical store last year and stored it in my closet hanging up, but (photos 8 and 9) there are stains? on the hem. This item can be washed, so perhaps they will come out, but I am selling it as is. Please refrain from purchasing if you are at all concerned. The fabric feels nice, and it's easy to throw on, with a beautiful, straight silhouette. Please understand that this item has been in someone's possession, as it has been stored at home. I do not have any pets, and I do not smoke. Thank you for looking.
