This is a skirt with two layers of tulle. I also purchased it in a different color, and based on how that one looks, it has many pleats and is fluffy. The lining reaches about the calf, so it's shorter than the tulle. It's a free size. The tulle hem is cut off, so threads may come out from the seams. The waist is elastic. I don't think there was a tag. There's no sewn-in tag on the product either. I took it out of the bag, but it hasn't been used. Color: Beige系 (Beige-based) Pattern: Solid
