Several waterproof sheets were used in rotation, placed under regular mattress pads, so there are some fold marks, but there is no noticeable dirt, and I think it can still be used. (Please check the photos) I hope you will understand that this is a used item and has been stored by a private individual before purchasing. Instant purchase is OK.
