Price is not negotiable. This is an ELLE pea coat. The original price was over 30,000 yen. It's warm because the inside is quilted. Compared to coats in the 10,000 yen range, the fabric is thicker and the construction is more solid! I wore it with care, so I think it's still in good condition and can be worn for a long time!
