I purchased this about four years ago. Except for the long, thin attachment on the far left, I haven't used the other attachments much, and they are in very good condition. Even the attachment I've used the most, I've only used about once a month, so it doesn't show much wear. The fourth photo is of the futon cleaner, and the fifth photo is of the extension nozzle. The attachment in the sixth photo has some ruffled bristles, but it can still be used without any problems. Everything in the photos is included. If you would like additional photos, please comment.
