These are a ceramic doll called a "Venue," popular in Europe, such as France and Germany, from around 1920 to 1930, and a vase of a clown and a modern girl purchased from an antique shop. It seems that it was fashionable at the time to display them with cosmetics and accessories. The clown in a green outfit and the woman are in a pose as if embracing each other, and it is known for the theme "Stolen Kiss." The "Made in Japan" marking became common after 1921 (before that, the English "Nippon" marking was used). Also, from the absence of the "Occupied Japan" marking, it is believed to have been made in the 1920s-30s before World War II and for export. There are no noticeable chips or stains, but please check the condition in the photos before purchasing as they are old items.
