It is new and unopened, and I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains on the figure itself (please contact the manufacturer regarding initial scratches, etc.), but the package has some minor scratches, dents, discoloration of tape, and peeling due to long-term home storage. Please check the condition in the photos. I will wrap the figure in its package with cushioning material (bubble wrap) and ship it in a cardboard box.
