This is a washi-hari (unpicked and washed) lining fabric. It is silk crepe (chirimen). It is basted with thread, and although I haven't taken measurements, I believe it is enough for one lining. There is no visible damage or soiling. The width is just over 34 centimeters. The color appears to be reddish-brown, but according to a Japanese color dictionary, "hidoiro" (scarlet-red) is the closest match.
