I purchased this a few years ago, but haven't used it much. This hat doesn't have an elastic band. Height: Approximately 11 cm (excluding the ear parts) Head circumference: Approximately 52 cm Photo 4: There are some areas where I feel there are stains on the inner fabric. I hand-washed it, but it doesn't seem to have come off completely. There are also many areas where I feel there are stains on the polka dot pattern, as it is white. Since this is a visual inspection by an amateur, there may be oversight of faint stains, dirt, or scratches. Please purchase only if you understand that there may be some stains or scratches. There are many places where threads are coming out. Most of them were there when I purchased it. It will be delivered as is.
