I purchased this new several years ago and attached it to a birdcage, but the bird wouldn't go near it, so I stored it at home unused. I have confirmed that it heats up when plugged into an outlet. There are no accessories or box other than what is shown in the images. It has hardly been used, but it is a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. It will be shipped in simple packaging.
