I bought this new, but didn't use it much because my child was still small. It was fully tuned about two years ago. The base doesn't have any scratches that would affect riding. The top sheet is peeling in some places, but it's not deep. There's some rust, so if you're concerned, you can get it tuned up and it should be fixed. The photos show it with protective wax applied and lightly scraped. I'll ship it as is, so please scrape and brush it again before using. Please check my profile before purchasing.
