This is a rare model that was supplied to the French Navy. The differences from the regular Orcival Basque shirt are the stripes extending to the sleeves, no bee emblem, and the color of the stripes seems slightly more blue than usual. Judging by how the tag print has faded, it is undoubtedly made by Orcival. (The print on this tag always disappears after repeated washing.)
