This is a skirt made of lightweight polyester material. It's made in Japan. It's suitable for all seasons except winter. I liked it, but the skirt length is around the knee on me (I'm 160cm tall), and I'd prefer something a bit longer, so I'm selling it. The size is 40. The length is 56cm, and the flat-lay waist measurement is 33-34cm. Upon checking the condition, there are two places where threads are coming out of the fabric, but since I've worn it, I don't think it will affect wearability.
