I think it can be worn in winter if paired with thick tights. The length is such that it covers my ankles, and I am 155cm tall. I have worn it a few times. There are some pills on the lining of the skirt, so I have listed it as "slightly damaged or with stains." I am selling it because size M has become too tight for me. It is lined. The material is not very stretchy and is somewhat tight. Due to the nature of the material, it is prone to wrinkles and creases. This item will be sent via Yu-Packet Post.
