Everything in the photos is what's included. Some furniture has scratches and stains, while other pieces are very clean. The house box and furniture boxes show their age. The table and bench set, which look like tree stumps, are not Sylvanian Families, but they were played with alongside Sylvanian Families, so I'll include them. There are some missing parts (not made of plastic). The pram has a broken handle. The bear father's clothes are on backwards... I'll add the trousers if I find them. Everything in the photos is what will be sent. I can't photograph every scratch, so please consider this before purchasing. Everything is as-is. These are old items, so the condition isn't perfect, but I hope they can be passed on to someone who will cherish them. The first generation pieces have a different plastic color than the current ones, which is very lovely. No individual sales. Items with boxes will be put in their boxes, and the rest will be wrapped in bubble wrap. The furniture will be placed inside the house, and everything will be packed in the house box.
