These are classic UNIQLO sweatpants. I bought them from someone else and wore them for one season (autumn/winter only) before they became too small. The elastic in the waistband twists, so I've sewn it in place with a few vertical stitches. I've also reinforced areas where the fabric was fraying. The stitching is just below the waist and near the pockets, so it's hidden by tops and shouldn't be noticeable. There was some pilling, but it wasn't very noticeable due to the pattern. However, the fabric felt rough, so I used a "Knap Cut" fabric shaver to remove the pilling from the entire garment.
