Inner pants are not included, so please be aware of that. I used to wear it with black tights. The size is 38, but it fit me, and I usually wear a large, so please refer to the actual measurements. Actual measurements: waist 38 cm, skirt length 40 cm. I don't see any noticeable damage, but I have actually used it on the course, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
