This is a Zwilling J.A. Henckels Fit series chef's knife (gyuto style) with an 180mm blade made of stainless steel. This is a used item, as you can see, but it is currently sold new for 8,800 yen. The blade has sharpening marks and scratches because it was sharpened using a proper whetstone, not a honing rod or sharpener. Also, the logo has disappeared due to sharpening (it was printed, not engraved). It still cuts without any problems, but you may want to sharpen it again to your liking. It is a full-tang construction, but the rearmost of the three rivets is missing.
