Boot only. No ROM is installed on the main unit. When I tried to wipe the protective sheet at the end, it got caught on the part to be peeled off and came off. So, it's freshly peeled, and there are no scratches on the LCD. However, I think people would prefer to peel these off at their own timing... I'm sorry. I touched it for about 20 to 30 minutes. I didn't plan to sell it, so I used the cable when I started it up. I'm not sure which C-cable belongs to this product, so I will sell it without the cable.
