This is VESP snow wear. These are slim-fit snow pants with a tapered knee. As shown in the fourth photo, the right side pocket is frayed. Also, the pocket on the back has some fuzz. The fabric is waterproofed, but since it has been some years since purchase, it might be a good idea to use a waterproof spray when using it.
