I'm not sure of the official name for this part, but I'm selling just this section. I bought it this year, but the part that rotates 360 degrees by moving the side knob suddenly started malfunctioning, so I received a replacement from the manufacturer. I'm listing it in case someone who can fix it might be able to use it. Everything works fine except for the 360-degree rotating part. There are no other items besides what's shown in the images.
