This is a "full of vigor" style diaper cover. A skull patch has been attached during use. There are no issues with its use. I believe there are no noticeable scratches or stains. This type is not a back-cross style, but rather fastens with Velcro at the neck. It has been stored after home cleaning. There may be some overlooked pet hair. Please understand that this item has been owned by someone else before.
