Thank you for viewing. The collar is removable with a button at the back. Lined. I wore this for my child's kindergarten entrance ceremony. I don't see any noticeable stains, but it has been used, and there are some wrinkles from being folded, and a general sense of wear. For those who understand used clothing, thank you. ^_^
