I bought this this year, but I only tried it on. It's a fringed dress from FRAMeWORK. I bought it for around 30,000 yen, but I haven't had a chance to wear it. It doesn't have a zipper; you pull it over your head. It comes with a petticoat. It can be worn by someone 167cm tall and 56kg. I think it would be best for someone who wears a size 9-11.
