This is a stock pot from Aritsugu in Nishiki Market, Kyoto. Diameter: 24cm Height: 20cm (Excluding the lid) I run a Japanese restaurant and have about 5 of these. This listing is for one of them, the one in the photos, which is in relatively good condition. While there are no distortions, water marks on the inside are unavoidable with use. I have polished it thoroughly, so there should be no problem with its use. This is a tool for a lifetime. If needed, I will also include a book about Aritsugu as a bonus.
