They are now independent. Made in 2004. The body alone cost around 400,000 yen at the time of purchase. The bow is stamped J. GEIPEL. Made in Germany. I don't remember the exact price, but it was probably less than 100,000 yen. The violin case is included as a bonus. It's a Super Light faux leather case. It's a limited edition case that Matsuda Ryuhei used in the drama "Quartet". I was using the violin body until about half a year ago. Strings are attached, but they are slightly loosened for storage, so please replace them. The bow was my main bow, so it's been in storage. It has been inspected and is said to be usable without any warping, but the bow hair needs to be replaced. Rosin (Vernardel) and shoulder rest (KUN Bravo) can be included, but the shoulder rest has rubber tubing, so please replace it if you are concerned. Both are used items, but please let me know if you need them. I have marked it as having some scratches and dirt, but it is an instrument that has been used for 20 years. I have had it adjusted and inspected regularly (once a year, initially by Marco Strings, and recently by Virtuoso), and while there are minor scratches from aging, I think it's in good condition.
