I purchased these approximately 5 years ago at a store in Sapporo Stellar Place. I tried them on and wore them once for a few hours. Please examine the soles for condition. I usually wear a size 22.5 cm, and even with thick socks, they fit snugly, so I think they would fit a 23 cm foot.
