There is no instruction manual. It comes with a measuring cup and a rice spatula. I bought this two years ago and am selling it because I bought a new one. There are no noticeable stains on the exterior, and it is in relatively clean condition. Some hardened rice remains on the outer edge of the inner pot and cannot be removed. When cooking rice and opening the lid, the inner lid always comes off, but it cooks without any problems. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
