These are Pokémon drawstring pouches obtained from an Ichiban Kuji lottery a few years ago. They are made of a satin-like material with a glossy finish. They are sold as a set of two and are not sold separately. I have used them to store small items. While there is no serious staining, there are some minor blemishes and creases, indicating some use.
