I bought this about 15 years ago and wore it two or three times. I had it dry cleaned and then stored it in the closet. The size is 11. The length is about 97 cm. I am 163 cm tall, and I think it was about knee-length on me. Would be suitable for weddings, farewell parties, etc. When shipping, I will fold it to minimize bulk, so it may wrinkle.
