This is a 1/144 Primrose (Titans color). It appears to be a cover kit that uses a commercially available Hazel. It seems to have been a contest prize, as the included instruction manual states "(Participation Prize)", but the details are unknown. From the runner markings, I could only determine that it was manufactured in August 2007.
