Four small brown spots can be seen on the back of the collar when it is lifted up, but they are not visible when the collar is down. The common sweat stains on the inside of the collar were simply from repeated washing in the washing machine with other laundry. I did not use any special collar and cuff stain removers or scrub with bar soap; it was just regular machine washing. I purchased this within the last 5 years and wore it occasionally in casual settings, but my body shape has changed, and I haven't worn it in the last year or two. The collar has stains, but the fact that the size no longer fits is the main issue. I thought that the stains on the inside of the collar wouldn't be very noticeable unless you looked closely. If you think it's acceptable, please continue to view the listing. I have included photos to show the collar stains (inside and outside) as clearly as possible, so please examine them closely by enlarging the photos. If you have any concerns about the current condition, please refrain from purchasing. I am an amateur, and I took the photos using a household measuring tape. There may be some slight measurement errors depending on how the tape was applied, so please forgive me. I wore this casually, but I think it can also be styled to look more formal depending on the items you pair it with. I hope someone who likes this shirt can get some more use out of it. Please be aware that there are stains on the collar due to age and wear. I apologize that I haven't tried using a stain remover specifically for collar stains, which might help to reduce them.
