This is a type that silences a saxophone by inserting it into the main body. The set includes the main body, shoulder strap, earphones, connection cable for the equipment, and instructions. The neck support, bottom spacer, and bottom pad are attached to the main body. I purchased it two years ago and have only used it a few times, so I think it's in good condition, but please understand that it is a used item. I will ship it in the original box.
