Battery replaced in January 2024. Made in October 1978. This is a SEIKO "Type 2." It's a wristwatch made by Suwa Seikosha in the 1970s, when quartz watches were considered high-end items. It was popular as a practical watch with a double calendar. The watch we are introducing this time is the 7546-700C model. The dial is an orange dial with radial lines. The "SEIKO" logo is at the 12 o'clock position, and the "quartz mark" is at the 6 o'clock position. The day-date is located at the 3 o'clock position. The calendar displays in English and Japanese. Saturdays are displayed in blue, and Sundays in red, showing attention to detail. The SS case has a round form with cut surfaces. The "SEIKO" logo can be seen on the buckle of the bracelet. This is a dead stock item that has been stored in a watch store for 46 years. It has never been used, but upon close inspection, there are slight marks as if it was displayed in a store, but it is almost clean.
