Inner circumference when laid flat: Approximately 25-26cm
Around the neck of the stuffed animal in the photo: Approximately 30cm.
There is a rubber insertion opening in the scrunchie when you remove the bunny ear ribbon.
You can adjust the size by shortening the rubber if it's too big, or replacing the rubber if it's too small.
