This is a POLBAN hip seat. Includes instruction manual. I purchased it new and used it for one child. I mainly used it when my child could walk but occasionally asked to be held. There is some dust and debris on the Velcro parts from use. See photos 5 and 6. I rarely used the zippered storage under the hip seat. See photos 9 and 10. There are some pills on the mesh part of the waist. See photo 8. The melange gray color is easy to match with any outfit and was easy to use. Overall, there are no noticeable stains, and the condition is good, but it is a used item, so please understand before purchasing.
