This is a plant-dyed (see second photo) Komon pattern with a "same" (sharkskin) design. The color is a grayish purple, a subdued hue. The color in the first photo is the closest representation. The lining (hakkake) is the same color as the outer fabric. The color in the last photo appears darker, but it is the same color as the outer fabric. The collar is a wide collar. It has been worn once or twice, but there are no noticeable stains or damage, and it is in beautiful condition. From a distance, it looks like a solid color kimono, and I think it would be suitable for tea ceremonies. There are no crests.
